Stanford’s top doubles team of junior Hilary Barte and senior Lindsay Burdette pulled away in the third set to take home the NCAA doubles title 7-5, 4-6, 6-0.

The Cardinal’s duo did not lose a set until the final, coasting past the competition as the No. 2 seed. The No. 1 seed of Pluskota and Whoriskey of Tennessee played Barte and Burdette close through the first two sets, but Stanford’s upperclassmen crushed the Volunteer team in the third set.
