Three Stanford students receive Udall Scholarships

Alyssa London ’12, Ishan Nath ’12 and Brittany Rymer ’13 have been selected as 2011 Udall Scholars.

The Udall Foundation awards scholarships to students who seek to pursue careers in fields related to the environment, healthcare or tribal public policy. The scholarships provide $5000 for each recipient’s junior or senior year.

Eighty students were selected as Udall Scholars from a pool of 510 candidates nominated by their universities and colleges.

The scholarship recipients will meet in Tucson from Aug. 3-7 to accept their awards and meet with leaders in their prospective fields.
