Newly elected ASSU President Michael Cruz ’12 and Vice President Stewart Macgregor-Dennis ’13 took office on Saturday, two weeks after the ASSU spring general election. The pair replaced former President Angelina Cardona ’11.

Cruz served as Vice President under Cardona after her original selection, Kelsei Wharton ’12, resigned in winter quarter following a bike injury.

The new Executive’s first major task will be delivering a statement at Thursday’s Faculty Senate meeting, where the ad hoc committee on ROTC will deliver its recommendation.
