Update: The Stanford University Department of Public Safety (SUDPS) confirmed that the incident occurred at 10:22 p.m. Monday evening. The driver, a male non-student, was involved in a single vehicle roll over accident and was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol. He was evaluated at a local hospital before being booked at the Main Jail in San Jose.
