Friday, Nov. 1

  • Making or passing a check with intent to defraud between 8:00 a.m. on July 8 and 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 22 was reported at 627 Salvatierra St.
  • Petty theft from a building between 11:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 30 was reported at the Enchanted Broccoli Forest.
  • Burglary of a commercial vehicle between 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Nov. 1 was reported at Hundred Block on 300 Lomita Drive. 
  • Burglary of a commercial vehicle on Nov. 1 was reported at 300 Roth Way. 
  • Out-of-state arrest warrant leading to an arrest at 7:29 p.m. on Nov. 1 was made at 100 Stock Farm Rd.
  • Grand theft of a bicycle between 10:15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 was reported at EVGR Building A.
  • Burglary of a commercial vehicle between 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Nov. 1 was reported at 300 Lomita Drive.

Saturday, Nov. 2

  • Hit-and-run collision which had property damage, including vehicles at 1:00 a.m. on Nov. 2 was reported at Spilker Engineering and Applied Sciences Building.

Sunday, Nov. 3

  • Vandalism of $400 or more between 10:00 p.m. on Nov. 2 to 1:00 a.m. on Nov. 3 was reported at Kappa Alpha.

Monday, Nov. 4

  • Possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct of lodging without owner’s consent, trespassing and refusing to leave property, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and disobeying a court order at 5:00 p.m. on Nov. 3 was reported at Building 380. The charges were cleared by arrest of the perpetrator
  • Petty theft of an electric scooter between 2:30 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. on Nov. 4 was reported at the Gunn Building of the Graduate School of Business.   

The Daily has reached out to SUDPS for comment on the arrest for possession of a controlled substance at Building 380. 

Tuesday, Nov. 5

  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 4 was reported at EVGR-A. 
  • Battery of a student at 1:00 a.m. on Nov. 2 was reported at 680 Lomita Drive.

Wednesday, Nov. 6 

  • Vandalism of $400 or more at 7:45 p.m. on Nov. 5 was reported at Tresidder Memorial Union. 
  • Lack of a required bike light and resistance toward a public officer was reported at 11:33 p.m. on Nov. 6 at 600 Escondido Road. 
  • Possession of a non-firearm weapon at a university, disorderly conduct on private property, obstruction of a public officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, appropriation of lost property and mail theft under false pretenses at 2:20 a.m. on Nov. 6 was reported at 600 Campus Drive.
  • Petty theft was reported on Nov. 6 at Campus Drive and Cowell Lane. 
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 4 and 9:40 a.m. on Nov. 6 was reported at Rains Apartment Building 201 on 201 Rosse Lane.
  • The passing of a fictitious check with intent to fraud between Oct. 23 and Oct. 24 was reported at a residence on 835 Esplanada Way.

Thursday, Nov. 7 

  • Battery of a person at 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 6 was reported at 147 Sam Mcdonald Road (Cagan Stadium).
  • Grand theft of an electric scooter between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Nov. 7 was reported at 551 Jane Stanford Way (Memorial Hall).
  • Hit and run with property damage, including vehicles, between 6:45 a.m. and 5:31 p.m. on Nov. 7 was reported at 453 Quarry Road (the parking garage of the Clinical Excellence Research Center).

Friday, Nov. 8 

  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 8 was reported at 87 Hulme Court (Hulme Midrise).
  • Aggravated injury on spouse, cohabitant or dating relationship between 3:10 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 8 was reported at 345 Campus Drive (Roth Way Garage).

Saturday, Nov. 9

  • Loitering on private property between 5:21 a.m. and 5:25 a.m. on Nov. 8 was reported at 37 Angell Court (Escondido Village Studio 3).
  • Loitering on private property between 4:06 a.m. and 4:19 a.m. on Nov. 9 was reported at 121 Campus Drive (Lyman Graduate Building 3).
  • A threat to student safety due to simple battery on Oct. 19 was reported at 400 Arguello Way (Hundred Block).
  • Grand theft of labor, money or property between 6:40 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 8 was reported at 63 Abrams Court (Abrams MidHighrise).

Sunday, Nov. 10

  • Petty theft between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 8 was reported at 742 Campus Drive (Manzanita Field Parking Garage).
  • Rape of a victim via sexual penetration with a foreign object and/ drugging on Nov. 5 was reported at Olmsted Road.

Monday, Nov. 11

  • Loitering and possession of burglary tools between 4:50 a.m. and 5:18 a.m. on Nov. 11 were reported at 658 Escondido Road (Wilbur Hall).
  • Loitering, possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, appropriation of lost property and possession of burglary tools between 4:45 a.m. and 5:13 a.m. on Nov. 11 was reported at 610 Bowdoin Lane (Munger Graduate Residence Building 3).
  • Vandalism of $400 or more between 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 10 and 6:50 a.m. on Nov. 11 was reported at 204 Running Farm Lane (Rains Apartment Buttery Lounge). 
  • Grand theft of an electric scooter between 9:00 p.m. on Nov. 10 and 12:00 a.m. on Nov. 11 was reported at 496 Lomita Mall (Durand Building).
  • Second-degree burglary of a motor vehicle on Nov. 11 was reported at 295 Galvez Street (Track House Lot 95). 
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 pm. on Nov. 11 was reported at 39 Angell Court (Escondido Village 1 Building 39).
  • Petty theft and theft by use of ATM access card or credit card information between 6:27 p.m. and 9:50 p.m. on Nov. 11 were reported at 489 Arguello Way (Arrillaga Family Dining Commons).

Tuesday, Nov. 12

  • Petty theft, loitering on private property and conspiracy to commit crime at 1:35 a.m. on Nov. 12 were reported at 555 Salvatierra Walk (Munger Graduate Residence Building 4).
  • Loitering on private property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia at 4:43 a.m. on Nov. 12 were reported at 729 Escondido Road (Escondido Village Studio 2).
  • Grand theft of labor, money or property at 11:26 p.m. and on Nov. 10 was reported at 496 Lomita Mall (Durand Building). 
  • Second-degree burglary of a motor vehicle between 7:00 p.m. on Nov. 3 and 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 10 was reported at 742 Campus Drive (Manzanita Field Parking Garage).
  • Petty theft between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 12 was reported at 285 Santa Teresa St. (Arrillaga Outdoor Education and Recreation Center).
  • Petty theft of a bicycle between 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 12 was reported at 658 Escondido Road (Wilbur Hall — Rinconada).
  • Vandalism of less than $400 between 1:45 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 12 was reported at 667 Masters Mall (Steuber Rugby Stadium).
  • First-degree burglary involving breaking and entering between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 12 was reported at 93 Thoburn Court (Escondido Village Studio 2 Building 93).

Wednesday, Nov. 13

  • Vandalism of $400 or more between 5:00 p.m. on Nov. 6 and 7:00 a.m. on Nov. 7 was reported at 726 Serra Street (EVGR-C).
  • Grand theft of an electric bicycle between 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 9 was reported at 1047 Campus Drive (Sigma Phi Epsilon).
  • Damage to or use of power connecting lines at 2:20 p.m. on Nov. 13 was reported at 420 Via Pallou (Center for Integrated Systems — Allen Building). 
  • Sodomy between Aug. 15, 1997 and Dec. 1, 2001 was reported at 737 Campus Drive (Quillen Midrise).

Thursday, Nov. 14

  • Disobeying a court order and trespassing property at 2:00 a.m. on Nov. 14 were reported at 450 Jane Stanford Way Building 380; the perpetrator was arrested.
  • Obtaining money by false pretenses between 8:15 a.m. on Nov. 12 and 11:13 p.m. on Nov. 14 was reported at 757 Campus Drive (EVGR-A Duan Hall).
  • Petty theft from a building between 9:00 a.m. on Nov. 7 and 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 12 was reported at 265 Campus Drive (Lokey Stem Cell Research Building).
  • Vandalism of $400 or more between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 was reported at 592 Alvarado Row (Hammarskjöld House).
  • Aggravated battery on a person between 8:20 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 14 was reported at 265 Campus Drive (Lokey Stem Cell Research Building).

Friday, Nov. 15

  • Possession of a less lethal weapon or stun gun, loitering, appropriation of lost property and petty theft of an electric scooter at 12:33 a.m. on Nov. 15 were reported at 374 Santa Teresa Street (Roble Hall); the perpetrator was arrested.
  • Petty theft between 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 and 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 was reported at 551 Jane Stanford Way (Memorial Hall).
  • Grand theft of labor, money or property between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Nov. 13 was reported at 295 Galvez Street (Angell Field). 
  • Grand theft of an electric bicycle between 4:10 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 15 was reported at 609 Escondido Road.
  • A criminal threat with intent to terrorize at 6:35 p.m. on Nov. 15 was reported at 450 Jane Stanford Way.
  • Grand theft of a bicycle between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 15 was reported at 443 Via Ortega (Shriram Center Bio/Chem Engineering).

Sunday, Nov. 17

  • Sexual battery by restraint on Nov. 17 was reported at 500 Mayfield Avenue. The case is “open and active.”
  • Vandalism of less than $400 and tampering with a fire alarm at 2:24 a.m. on Nov. 17 were reported at 557 Mayfield Avenue (Sigma Nu).
  • Obstruction or resistance to a public officer, peace officer, or emergency medical technologist and a warrant for arrest for a misdemeanor between 8:57 p.m. and 8:58 p.m. on Nov. 17 was reported at 528 Lasuen Mall (White Plaza).
  • Loitering on private property, two cases of possession of a non-firearm weapon at a university, disorderly conduct on private property, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, appropriation of lost property and possession of a narcotic controlled substance between 10:20 and 10:24 p.m. on Nov. 17 were reported at 716 Serra Street (Escondido Village Pavillion).

Monday, Nov. 18

  • Loitering on private property at 6:08 a.m. on Nov. 18 was reported at 300 Olmsted Road.
