Police Blotter: Sexual battery, theft by use of access card information and second-degree burglary

Monday, April 28

  • Disorderly conduct with alcohol at 8:54 p.m. on April 27 was reported between Arboretum Road and Galvez Street.
  •  Petty theft between 11:54 a.m. on April 25 and 10 a.m. on April 26 was reported on 74 Barnes Court (Barnes Midrise).
  • Grand theft of an electric bicycle between 11 a.m. on April 25 and 6 a.m. on April 28 was reported at Norcliffe Hall.
  • Petty theft from the building between 12:30 p.m. and 1:50 p.m. on April 28 was reported at 616 Jane Stanford Way (Encina Hall).
  • Burglary from a motor vehicle between 7 a.m. and 4:05 p.m. on April 28 was reported at Via Ortega Garage.
  • Burglary of a motor vehicle between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. on April 28 was reported at Stock Farm Garage.

Tuesday, April 29

  • Petty theft of an electric scooter between 7:30 p.m. on April 28 and 7:15 a.m. on April 29 was reported at 212 Pine Hill Court (Rains Apartments).
  • Petty theft of a bike between 3:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. was reported at 353 Jane Stanford Way (Gates Computer Science Building).
  • Second-degree burglary from a motor vehicle between 2:00 p.m. on April 27 and 5:00 a.m. on April 29 was reported at 740 Serra Street (Thorburn Garage).

Wednesday, April 30

  • Vehicle theft at 8:00 a.m. on April 19 was reported at 740 Serra Street (Thorburn Garage).
  • Grand theft of an electric bike between 2:30 p.m. on April 29 and 2:30 p.m. on April 30 was reported at 147 Sam McDonald Mall (Maloney Field at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium).

Thursday, May 1

  • Petty theft of a motor vehicle between 3:00 p.m. on April 30 and 7:40 a.m. on May 1 was reported at 5 Comstock Circle (Gerald J. Lieberman House).
  • A student safety incident at 12:01 a.m. on May 1 was reported at 400 Santa Teresa Street (Hundred Block). 
  • Grand theft of money, labor or property at 1:00 p.m. on May 1 was reported at 557 Escondido Mall (Cecil H. Green Library, East).
  • Sexual battery by restraint at 5:35 p.m. on May 1 was reported at 400 Via Ortega (Hundred Block).

Friday, May 2

  • Vandalism of $400 or more between 8:00 a.m. on March 15 and 9:00 a.m. on May 2 was reported at 345 Campus Drive (Parking Structure 1 — Roth Way Garage).
  • Theft by use of access card information like credit card or ATM between 4:20 p.m. on April 30 and 8:00 a.m. on May 1 was reported at 475 Via Ortega (Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center).
  • Second-degree burglary by breaking and entering a commercial building between 10:00 a.m. on March 11 and 11:00 p.m. on April 14 was reported at 555 Fremont Road (O’Donohue Family Stanford Educational Farm).
  • Grand theft of money, labor or property between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on May 2 was reported at 327 Campus Drive (Bass Biology Research Building).

Saturday, May 3

  • Grand theft of money, labor or property between 12:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on May 3 was reported at 14 Comstock Circle (James N. Rosse House).
  • Petty theft between 1:00 a.m. and 2 a.m. on May 3 was reported at Arrillaga Family Dining Commons.
  • Hit and run collision and property damage including vehicles between 7 p.m. on April 27 and 8 p.m. on May 1 was reported at Norcliffe Hall.

Sunday, May 4

  • Burglary from a motor vehicle between 9:38 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. on May 4 was reported at 300 Roth Way.
  • Burglary from a motor vehicle between 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. on May 4 was reported at the Oval.
