The men’s tennis match between No. 8 Stanford and No. 28 BYU, originally scheduled for today at 1:30 p.m., has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict.

The match has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 19th, at 1:30 p.m., at the Taube Tennis Stadium.

Stanford (5-0) is coming off of five straight dual-match wins, with the two most recent being perhaps the most impressive<\p>–<\p>a 5-2 victory over No. 15 Texas Tech and a 7-0 demolition of the Utah Utes, both earned without the contributions of its two top players.

Junior Bradley Klahn and senior Ryan Thacher received a wildcard entry into the doubles draw of the SAP Open in San Jose and defeated the tournament’s No. 3 seeded team of Dustin Brown and Rogier Wassien in a tiebreaker, 6-3, 6-7 (6), 10-5.

The lefties also faced off against veterans Alejandro Falla and Xavier Malisse Thursday afternoon, 6-0, 6-2.

Klahn also received a wildcard entry into the singles draw, but was quickly bounced by the tournament’s No. 2 seed and world No. 12 Gael Montfils in straight sets.

As a team, the Cardinal will take the court in Berkeley next Saturday, Feb. 18 against No. 18 Cal in the first of two annual Big Slams against the Golden Bears.
