Student-athlete charged with rape, evaluating the ASSU Executive, continued Sundance coverage

Jan. 28, 2015, 12:30 a.m.

The Santa Clara County DA’s office confirmed that freshman swimmer Brock Turner will be charged with five counts of rape Wednesday morning related to an incident that occurred early on the morning of Jan. 18. Turner has withdrawn from the University and is not permitted on campus. Next year, a 100-year-long study on artificial intelligence will begin at Stanford. The Editorial Board evaluates the performance of the ASSU Executives so far. Managing Editor of Arts & Life calls “The Forbidden Room” the “weirdest, most inaccessible film I saw at Sundance.”
