When Super Bowl LX lands in the Bay Area on Feb. 8, a standoff between the Patriots and Seahawks won’t be the only thing pulling crowds toward San Francisco. For one full week, venues across the city and beyond will host a dense slate of concerts, pop-ups and nightlife events, many designed as much for music fans as for football audiences.
From free outdoor performances to ticketed club nights and arena-scale shows, Super Bowl music week offers a packed alternative for those more interested in who’s on stage than who’s under center.

Electronic music takes center stage at “People’s Pregame” by NPU Live, where ILLENIUM launches a three-night Pier 80 run with an album release show for “Odyssey” (dropping Feb. 6). The 21+ show begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available online.
At a larger scale, the BAHC Live! Concert Series brings Benson Boone and Shaboozey to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium at 6 p.m. Meanwhile, those looking for a free, outdoor option can catch Austin Millz at Downtown First Thursdays near 2nd and Howard Street.

Friday, Feb. 6: Star-studded Friday night
Friday will be one of the most crowded nights of the week, with major headliners spanning genres and venues.
Bud Light Presents Post Malone & Buddies takes over Fort Mason for a 21+ show that’s free to attend — though entry requires winning a sweepstakes.
For an all-night experience, Shaq’s Fun House returns to the Cow Palace in Daly City with performances by T-Pain, Tiësto and Disco Lines. Running from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m., the 21+ event blends live music, DJs and carnival-style attractions. Tickets are available online.

Uber One members can also access The One Party by Uber, a free show at Pier 48 featuring Olivia Dean and Shaboozey, with entry details available through Uber’s official site.

Saturday, Feb. 7: Peak Super Bowl weekend energy
Saturday delivers some of the biggest names — and biggest parties — of the entire week.
The final night of “People’s Pregame” features T-Pain and Sean Paul, closing out Pier 80’s three-night series with a 21+ performance. Tickets are available online.
Later in the evening, SI The Party returns to the Cow Palace from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., headlined by The Chainsmokers and Ludacris, with additional sets from DJ Irie and Xandra. The event is 21+.
Also on Saturday, Maxim Big Game 2026 takes over The Midway in San Francisco, featuring Hugel, Loud Luxury, Larry June and more. Doors open at 8 p.m., and the event is 21+.

Sunday, Feb. 8: Music takes the main stage
But even if you never leave your couch on Super Bowl Sunday, music remains central to the day.
The Super Bowl LX broadcast will feature Green Day during the pregame show, Charlie Puth performing the national anthem, Coco Jones singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” and Brandi Carlile delivering “America the Beautiful.” Bad Bunny will headline the halftime show, bringing one of the weekend’s most anticipated performances to a global audience.
The game — along with all musical performances — will air on NBC.
Whether you attend one show or build an entire weekend around it, the musical acts accompanying football’s biggest game remind us that the Super Bowl’s cultural footprint stretches far beyond the game itself.
